  • Hi! I, Marva, not my husband am the owner of a new 2013 ATS . Yesterday I turned my car on & the power steering would not work. I panicked as my father-in-law in Memphis is gravely ill & I needed to be ready to leave at a moment's notice. I spoke with Matt in your service department & explained the situation to him. He immediately offer me to come in to have it checked. I told him even though it was late morning that I would still be in need of a loaner. He did not hesitate to say he would find me one. My car had a low voltage signal in the computer system that was was fixed & I was told it would never occur again. Matt then walked me to my car & took the time to show me how some of the information settings could reflect the info that I wanted.
