This story is about my vehicle in much needed repair Driving it back to the dealer, not sure he would be fair. My pulse beat strong like an outlaw at the bar They set me at ease – stating we for sure will fix your car.
Every employee’s welcome – with hospitable words to apply Being treated warm and kind as if I had come to buy. Knowing I was not accustomed to fancy ways of the city Yet, they all spoke like family down to the nitty-gritty.

Saturday September 29, 2007 will be a day that I'll cherish for the rest of my life.
It was a beautiful early fall day with a cloudless deep blue sky. The treatment I received from Don Slaton (sales) and Kenny Soderstrom (sales manager) during my purchase of a new Cadillac from Andrews Cadillac was what I had always hoped for but never received at any other dealership.
Don introduced himself to me as I was peering into the window of an Escalade on the outside sales lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me several similar vehicles. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of product. After walking around the lot with me checking out several vehicles; I had decided upon one and he went for the keys. The test drive route we took was perfect for experiencing interstate speeds as well as city traffic. The Cadillac was awesome! We went to Don's office and discussed the purchase price. I told Don to give me his best price because I was going to another Cadillac dealer to barter. He asked me to make an offer to present to the sales manager. I used his calculator, crunched the numbers and gave him a figure that I truly believed was a bit to low to be accepted. A few minutes passed and Don returned with his hand extended congratulating me on my purchase of a new Cadillac from Andrews Cadillac.
I was excited and walked back outside with Don to look the Escalade over one more time. As we returned to the showroom, the double doors were both open and a different Escalade was carefully being backed inside. My offer to buy an Escalade had been accepted but now I wanted this other Escalade.
This is when I met Kenny. He had just backed the Escalade into the showroom. He introduced himself and watched me looking over this different Escalade and sensed my interest. Without saying a word; he drove this Escalade back thru the double doors and handed me the keys. He said he wanted me to have which ever Escalade I wanted.
There is no sales manager on the planet that would have driven this Escalade back thru the double doors but Kenny did! I drove it and now wanted this Escalade. I returned and Kenny offered another great deal on this Escalade and we shook hands. I will never forget everyone’s effort to satisfy me at Andrews Cadillac. Everyone I saw at the dealership was friendly and all were smiling.
I will return to Andrews Cadillac each and every time I'm ready to purchase another Cadillac!
