Long-time fans of the Cadillac Escalade focused on performance are sorted out with this upcoming Escalade-V. This three-row SUV is no different from the normal Escalade. However, when it comes to their performance, they differ quite a bit. The Escalade-V is coming to our lot in this spring, and we advise shoppers in Brentwood to make a reservation here at Andrews Cadillac Company so that you can be one of the first to drive this luxury SUV.

Exterior

A striking exterior is what you'll witness, and it will indeed have the attention of many while cruising. It is offered with V badging and quad exhaust pipes. You'll spot a black grille and automatic LED headlights at the front fascia, together with rain-detecting windshield wipers. It rides on special and high-performance wheels wrapped in Bridgestone tires. LED brake lights, roof rack rails and a rear spoiler are also present.

Interior

Its interior is equipped with various luxurious features, including leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, a footrest for the driver, cupholders at the front and rear, heated and ventilated seats, an illuminated locking glove box and much more. Like the normal Escalade, the Escalade-V can also host seven or eight passengers, depending on whether you opt for the second-row captain's chair or not. Thanks to the sufficient legroom and headroom, the rows are comfortable, hence good news for taller adults. Also, the Escalade-V is a traveling tool, evident from the cargo space that is roomy enough to hold several bags and luggage, mainly when you fold the third-row seats.

Technology

A brilliant infotainment system accompanies the Escalade-V, and it offers a huge touchscreen that is user-friendly. The touchscreen is approximately 17 inches in size and features several high-tech functions, such as HD Radio™, a Wi-Fi hotspot, satellite radio, Bluetooth® connection, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Whichever audio system you choose, you'll still get several mounted speakers that can either be 36 or 19 speakers. Your passengers can have a more enjoyable ride when you opt for the rear-seat entertainment system that features a duo of 12-inch touchscreens. Other standard tech features in the lineup include wireless device charging, a navigation system, a 14-inch digital gauge cluster and tri-zone automatic climate control that maintains a mild interior temperature based on the weather outside.

Performance

The Cadillac Escalade-V was designed to favor performance-oriented shoppers. It is said to come with a powerful V8 engine that churns out more than 700 horsepower and makes over 700 pound-feet of torque. Undoubtedly, the powertrain won't disappoint in any driving situation. A 10-speed automatic is also standard in the latter, as is the all-wheel-drive system.

Its massive wheels and adequate ground clearance come from a raised suspension. These attributes can be beneficial when cruising in rugged areas around Nashville. Despite its large stature, this three-row high-performance SUV can maneuver in crowded places easily due to its composed handling and sturdy brakes. Its all-wheel-drive can also come in handy.

Like the normal Escalade, this one is also expected to tow up to 8,000 pounds. Since it is a high-performing SUV, shoppers should expect less than average fuel efficiency ratings.

Safety Features

The safety features are said to be several, such as:

  • Lane departure warning
  • Safety alert seat
  • Pedestrian detection -front and rear
  • Side-impact beams
  • Low tire pressure alert
  • Traction control
  • A 360-degree camera system
  • Available night vision assist
